Communication Facilities

User Licence to LH Opco Pty Ltd
By submitting any material to the Network you grant LH Opco Pty Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, copy, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly perform, or display that material, and to sublicense these rights. You waive all moral rights in that material and agree to execute documents needed to give legal effect to this licence and waiver.
Linked Websites
The Network may link to third-party websites. LH Opco Pty Ltd does not endorse or warrant the content of those sites and is not responsible for any infringement or inaccuracies therein.
Hyperlinking to the Network
You must not create hyperlinks to the Network or use LH Opco Pty Ltd’s intellectual property on your site without prior written consent.
You indemnify LH Opco Pty Ltd against all claims and losses arising from your use of the Network, including material posted in breach of these Terms of Use. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. If consent is given, you may link only to the Network’s home page.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law (Non-Excludable Rights).

General
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
